I am starting to see a significant upturn in the area real estate activity. In just the past 2 weeks, I have had 3 of my listings go under contract! Buyers are out looking, especially those 1st time buyers! If you are a first time buyer, please don't forget the $8,000 tax credit is set to expire on December 1st, 2009. Which means you must close on your new home by November 30 to take advantage of this "free money" from the governement. This tax credit can also be used towards closing costs if needed!!
