An enchanting sprinkle of snow and ice brings our beautiful Valley to life this day...To update everyone on how the market is looking here in the Valley, I've spoken to few different Realtors from other companies as well as REMAX and across the board it appears the market is gaining some forward momentum! We've seen showings on listed properties increase dramatically since the first of the year and I personally have had 2 of my listings go under contract just last week.

My belief is right now for our anxious sellers, if your home is getting exposure that is deserves and is priced competitively, your home will sell!
